Hello and welcome to No Fix No Fee PC.
My name is Glenn and I have a partner, Claire, and together we run this company.
Because we are a small family business we pride ourselves on trying to ensure that we exceed every expectation from our customers.
No Fix No Fee PC came about because I have been fixing, building and experimenting with computers and their software for over 17 years. It was always a hobby and passion of mine.
Many friends and family used to come to me to get their computer sorted out and they would also recommend me to their friends. They came to me because computer repair and maintenance is so expensive and often fraught with ‘rip-off artists’ and ‘cowboys’ (their words).
So many people kept saying that I should go into business in order to support my family and help as many other people as possible to find an honest service for a good price.
If I can I will advise you in how you can help yourself look after your computer. If you are not computer ‘savvy’ then we will happily come to you and regularly service and maintain the PC/laptop to stop it slowing down or getting viruses for a small monthly fee.
If your PC/Laptop is broken down or has problems I will also come out and take a look at it for you.
If I cannot fix it you will NOT PAY A PENNY.
If you are able to let me take your computer into my workshop to look at it it will likely work out a lot cheaper as if I need the computer to run some checks on its own in the background. I will not charge you the time it takes for it to do that. You will ONLY pay for the time in the workshop where I am physically doing something with your computer.
I can visit on evenings and weekends and am prepared to work in the night where necessary in order to make sure you are not without a computer for too long.
